Das Grundstück liegt an der Nordküste der Bahia de Samana,
ca. 1.400 Meter vom Internationalen Flughafen, 13 km bis zur Stadt
Samana, 25 Minuten bis zum Internationalen Flughafen Catey (in Konstruktion)
und ca. 1500 Meter vom Hafen Arroyo Barrilo entfernt, womit eine Erreichbarkeit
über Strasse, Luft- und Seeweg gesichert ist. Ca 300 Meter Strandfläche.
Die Gegend ist noch nicht turistisch erschlossen, bietet aber Strom und
Trinkwasser.
Die von der "Secretaria de Estado de Turismo" in dieser Gegend erlaubte
Baughöhe liegt bei 11 Meter (3 Stockwerke im hinteren Teil und 2 Stockwerke
im vorderen Teil des Projektes).

about 1,400 meters of the terminal of the international airport, 13 km to
Samana city, 25 minutes to the International Airport of Catey (in construction)
and to about 1,500 meters of the port Barrilo, which provides facility of

affected the virgin beauty of the zone.

The limits allowed for constructions by the authorities of the "Secretaria

Este terreno está ubicado al centro de la costa norte de la Bahía de
Samaná, a 1,400 metros del terminal del Aeropuerto Internacional
de Samaná, a 13 Kmts de la Ciudad de Samaná, a 25 minutos del Aeropuerto
Internacional de el Catey (en construcción) y a 1.5 Kmt del Puerto de
Arroyo Barril. Poseyendo unos 300 metros aprox. de playa.
La zona se encuentra en su estado natural sin ninguna explotación turistica
que haya afectado la belleza virgen de la zona.
Tiene facilidades electricas en el aerea, y agua potable.
El limite de altura permitida para edificaciones por las autoridades de la
Secretaria de Estado de Turismo en la zona es de 11 metros (es decir tres
niveles en la parte posterior y dos niveles en la parte delantera del proyecto).
